Coconut Macaroons drizzled w Bittersweet Chocolate


Homemade Coconut Macaroons are one of my favorite desserts and very easy to make. Dip or drizzle a little bittersweet chocolate and take these chewy little treats to new heights.

1 (14 oz. Package of Sweetened Coconut Flakes)
14 oz. Can of Condensed Milk
1/8 Tsp. Kosher Salt
1/3 Cup of All-Purpose Flour
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract or Almond
4 oz. Bittersweet Chocolate

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper

In a medium bowl, combine coconut, flour and salt together.
Then add the condensed milk and vanilla extract.
Stir and fold; the mixture will be thick.
Scoop with a tablespoon about an inch apart on cookie sheet.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool and enjoy!

For drizzle:
Place 4 ounces of bittersweet chocolate in a bowl, then ment in the microwave for a few seconds. Stirring until completely melted.
Then dip or drizzle on top.
