Pictures speak a thousand words! Beautiful and delicious, these cupcakes stole the show at a baby shower. I once had a strawberry cake which I am still looking for the strawberries, because it was just loaded with strawberry extract and cupped in a strawberry design cupcake liner. The batter I made, includes thawed frozen strawberries with sugar added and puree. Only about 1/4 cup was needed, as the puree was very sweet adding to the already sweet cake batter. Plus adding too much puree would drastically change the out come of the batter.
